Prof. dr. Marjolijn Das, the Centre for BOLD Cities' professor by special appointment, was interviewed on her research projects by CBS (Statistics Netherlands) Corporate News this week.
In the article, she talks about the scope of her research in the field of urban statistics, and explains how she combines science and practice. The CBS/municipality collaborations in the recently launched Urban Data Centres are also discussed, with Das summarising the added value of the cooperation between CBS, the Centre for BOLD Cities and municipalities, as "generating ideas together, and exerting science for societal development."
