During this afternoon, the inauguration of prof. dr. Peter Scholten and prof. dr. Marlou Schrover will take place. All are affiliated with the Leiden-Delft-Erasmus Centre for Governance of Migration and Diversity.
Furthermore, our former 'Smart and SHARED Cities' minor student Vera Safranova will talk about her research project for BOLD Cities on transportation drones. Vera: 'Ten years from now we will be living in a world that is even more dominated by technology. Technology will also be much more visible, and it will also have a more prominent effect on human lives. Take drones for example; I think they will be more common and it’s hard to miss a drone flying over your head.'
