On January 19th 2024 the Netherlands Institute of Governance research colloquium on ‘Street-level bureaucracy of the 21st century’ organizes a thematic seminar: 'From street-level to screen-level: Digital welfare state interactions in South Korea and the Netherlands'.
BOLD Cities scholars Suyoung Kim (South Korea) and Sabrina Rahmawan-Huizenga (Netherlands) will share their insights about current digitalization experiments in welfare provision in youth care and welfare benefits.
